Camfil USA has Acquired
DP Systems, DP Filters and Dust Patrol.

“Effective January 25, 2017, Camfil USA has acquired the assets of DP
Systems, DP Filters and Dust Patrol.

DP becomes Camfil’s eighteenth and nineteenth direct branch sales offices
(sales, warehousing, service, delivery, etc.) in the USA and an important part of
the Company’s extensive branch/distributor network.

The acquisition ensures a continued strong presence in the State of Illinois and
will allow Camfil to build upon DP’s solid reputation.

Ron Mattson has decided to retire after a transitional period. All other DP
employees will become part of the Camfil Group.”
